Did not receive Gems that I purchased

Last night, I purchased 300 Gems in game. Unfortunately, they were not credited to my game account. I was charged for my purchase through Google Play and have my purchase receipt in my e-mail. I submitted a ticket through support, but they have been slow to respond. I'm trying to get this moving, before my 48 hours limit to claim a refund through Google Play. I would rather receive the gems, but will request the refund if necessary. Please get back to me in a timely manner, if possible. Thank you.

This has been resolved and I received my gems, thanks to support's quick help. Thank you.
